Game not loading

I haven't played starbound in awhile and thought give ago with frackin again, after installing via the workshop and tried loading the game it doesn't load the game up, unlike it does without frackin on. any idea why ?

Because you have conflicts installed. Consult the linked incompatibility list on the main page and read the mod page itself right near the top: you may still have FR installed as well.
