Erchius Buddy EPP?
Did something happen to the Erchius Buddy? My previous character unlocked it without visiting the mining facility, but my current character doesn't seem to be able to make (or research) the Buddy and I'm holding off on visiting the mining facility based on the last patch notes. (It makes travel easier, but if the Buddy is gone I can adapt.)

as per the recent update notes, it is exclusively available in the metaphysics tree now

When I made one for myself before it got turned into a late game item, I thought it was pretty op too. Still gonna use it though :P

It's not "late game" per-se. It just takes a bit more work to get.

i mean you can get it really quickly after getting the autopsy table and a money farm
