How on earth do you unlock the atom smasher recipe.
I literally have all the ingredients but am just lacking the recipe.

You'll know, because Kevin will give you an artifact that unlocks the recipe.

nope. Thats the entire point. That is the endgamest of weapons. Simply put, you need to do all the FU tutorials
