Heya. I'm having the same problem. If crew get in direct line of sight of the bots (especially if you have one currently following you) they go aggro and try to kill the bot. I even just had a shoot out between a v87g and an "outlaw" crew member, which resulted in half my animals being killed in the crossfire. I finally had to step in and kill the v87g.

While I'm not sure this is a bug, I feel like it should probably be treated as a bug. As.. having to choose between Gardenbot2 or crew members, kinda sucks. On top of having to replace some rarer animals now, I'm going to have to set up a new pen location that my crew somehow have no access to.
