Sadly i have no idea if this method also works with named Inquisitors , but i did successfully recruit a few unnamed "Inquisitors" . Good Luck!

The second option (2) would be to insult the guy which obviously doesn't seem right. Perhaps it's not 2 -1-1 all the way?
Is it known fact that the chance is random, or is this just a hunch? I found Swamp Ninjas had a specific sequence that worked 99% of the time--the other 1% I figured was human error. Perhaps not all mobs are like that but just curious.
