Alpha Gurgler glitch?
I recruited one Alpha first try by offering to feed him 2 grand fish. Every attempt after that to recruit a second just results in spamming to offer grand fish while it just runs through his different dialogues. I can sit and offer him grand fish 100 times over even though I only have 2 in my inventory and it just keeps cycling through his dialogue until I give up and walk away. Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same thing, very first Alpha gurgler i grabbed was stuck in an infinite loop of "want a tasty treat" Gurg? "want a tasty treat?" Gurgh? etc until i walked away.

Looking at it through the editor makes it seem like there should be a "reach for the bars" and then it either being recruited or lunging at you. The editor also seems like it should branch out on the "Join us fishman!" option, but instead it just closes dialogue without a word after you offer a fish.

I managed to get 5 but god it took me a loooooong time. I also had thin fish in my invent.
