You are screwed. It seems to be hard coded into this mod. For example. If serbia doesn't exist because the ottomans destroyed it, the non existant serbia still starts the war.

If the UK revokes their gurantee of belgium and loses any reason to go to war, they still go to war with germany for no reason.

Same problems if you play as italy. You are forced into a white peace with he ottomans, even if you are winning there is no option to continue the war. if you declare against them a few years later it instantly white peaces.

That really sucks. Now, when I annexed Serbia (SER) as Austria-Hungary (AUH) before they fight the Ottomans (TUR), there was no world war that started because of SER. But stupid France (FRA) just HAD to declare war on me, bring the Russians and Germans in, starting the World War.

It would be cool to see a focus that allows Germany to not get involved in WW1, like maybe "Betray the Bretheren" or "Alliance with the Unlikely".

I think we will have to wait for another ww1 mod for that sort of alternate history.

there is a highlighted one on the workshop front page, but all the comments say it crashes in 1915 which defeats the point.

Five years later and this is still a thing. Very poor.
