@Ronin I agree, and there's even a WIP mod for that. Though Late Medieval to Cold war would take weeks to finish (Per Game), and adding so much content would make the game crash or extremely laggy just like Millenium dawn.

This mod flags as wrong version on the launcher but seems to load fine.

It also seems superior to the Redux version as not only does it give you 3 different starting dates (before, during and after the war) but it has the vanilla tech tree still in so you can actually continue playing after WW1 and eventually reach (or try to avoid) WW2 and have all of that tech. For some reason the Redux version cuts off at 1924. I'd have thought anyone wanting earlier state dates is usually looking to play a longer campaign, not have it artificially cut short. The vanilla game tech cut off makes sense but I downloaded this, saw it was outdated, downloaded the Redux and was just disappointed when the tech tree/focus was cut off so early.

I'd kill to be able to play from Late Medieval all the way up to the Cold War in one game.

Why do no other mods work with it ?

Мод не заслуживает своих похвал я считаю, не динамично. Дотерпеть до 1920ых нереально, уж и подавно до 30ых-40ых. После победы стало скучно, посидел час, подумал, и решил что не буду играть в этот мод. Мнение не только мое, играл я не один. Скучно! Сделай динамичнее) Тогда будет - огонь! Посильнее сделай ведущие державы ИЗНАЧАЛЬНО. Я их всех усилил на полную, один хер за 1.5 года закончил войну своей победой. Для тех кто не понимает как, и сливается - Траншеи, бронемашины и дирижабли вам на заметку. Фокусов на германии ЧРЕЗВЫЧАЙНО мало

is there a way to add ships to the weapons trading menu besides convoys. It was very common in both ww1 and even ww2 nations would build ships of war on behalf of other nations however since there is no way to do that ingame in any practical way one should be able to sell their older outclassed ships or even modern boats on the market menu for trading weapons and stuff. just spitballing. probably would break the game or something or unbalance certain nations.

Since the TGWR Team doesn't have any way to contact them I just have to dump my criticism here. I hate the Redux mod now. Their new boring tree for Germany with 0 ahistorical options combined with the dozens of unnessecary small nations in somalia and malaysia and their overly strict discord ban policy make me hate that mod and so, welcome to my playsets again, The Great War.

Big and nice WW1 mod

Everything is awesome, but i played as serbia, i was defending till 1917 much longer than IRL, Ottoman's lost in 1915 and then france just casually lost in couple of weeks like in WW2 so even when i did much more than serbia did IRL i still lost the great war because of the AI plays, don't reccomend if you wanna play a minor conutry, besides that the mod is peak
