This is a great weapon, but it needs stats.

how about make it identical to the shovel like the fish? just make it say USA x1 USA x1 USA KILL

On Kill: Killfeed states: (USER) has signed the Declaration of Independance
+Disc has name of each person killed
-50% damage
+causes mini-crits after kill

On kill it activates the second amendment meaning you gun gains 40% more damage for 4 seconds it also give 60% faster weapon switch a downside could be 50% damage decrease in water and 20% damage decrease out of water
