installing this map with ark server manager
for some reason i am having alot of t rouble with installing this.
i have followed all the guides i could find to installing maps but it always fails to load map mod.

my server runs fine with any other official map installed. i have copied the mod folder into my server folder.

can someone help me please.

You have to put /game/mods/661564024/ShigoIslands into your Map Path. But for me, the Server starts but i cannot connect. Failed to load map it says.

that's what happens to me.
ive installed maps before so I thought I was doing it correctly.

so you have copied the Mod folder and the .mod file with the same number ?
you dont have the number un the aktiv mods list (it should not)
but you have it in the aktiv mapmods list.

even tried deleting the file and redownloading incase it was a corrupt download. no dice

what are startup lines? i use the ark server manager so no idea what they are

i never started my map with the servermanager xD only know how to manual do it... I only hav a server with a userinterface . can you post a screenshot or a log of your Servermanager settings ?

i have this running with ASM, add this into the mod or map path: /Game/Mods/661564024/ShigoIslands

I know this is old already, but incase someone encounters the same issue. To get this (or any other custom map, for that matter) running in ASM you need to add the workshop ID to the mod list. I added to the beginning for good measure. Then in the map name field you enter the map name, for example, shigoislands. Hit the button to install/update mods, save, start, profit.
