What nations would you like to play in DOI

For me i would like to see the UK nation added as there are a few guns i want to see such as the Enfield and the Bren gun with 100 round drum mag ( https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/564x/6b/f5/e1/6bf5e138d1868ba979751868367c49ba.jpg )

Edit 2: The results are in and it has been 6 days (so far feb 9) the straw poll results are

UK in the lead for 15
Russia in second place with 9
Japan in last place with 8 votes.

Edit 3: results for three more days

UK in the lead for 17
Japan taking second place with 10 votes
and Russia coming last with 9 votes

Edit 4: Many of you would like to see smaller nations added to DoI but i dont believe that this is the place for such requests. Don't get me wrong though i believe theses smaller wars should have their own games where as DoI is simply a mod to give a WW2 twist to a modern warfare military decently realistic game so it makes sense to include some big nations that took part in WW2 rather than trying to get enough ideas for smaller nations that may have only had a few battles. there are some big battles these smaller countries took part in i.e. the winter war but the finnish were mainly using german and captured russian weapons so in the context of what DoI it wouldnt be as intresting. The good thing is anyone can work on resources for DoI and if you could either create skins/replacements/maps yourself or get someone you know to work on it then bam problem solved.

I'd enjoy having the English, although I'm not too sure on the 100 round drum mag. I'd much rather see the English than Russia, since I'm somewhat sick of Russian on German action from things like RO2

Yup, British forces will be most likely if they've teamed up with the mud and Blood people. I'm hoping they put some consideration into limiting laodouts in future updates as if they do add Britain they only have the SMLE, Sten, Bren and no Semi-Auto Rifles to counter the G43 and MP44.

Guys they did team up with Mud and Blood, infact if you visit the M&B Mod you will see its now called "Day of Infamy: British Forces" and the British will come out with the update of DoI whenever it is ready.

Now, personally I would like to see some Marines and Japanese infantry.

I'm not sure if i'd like to see Japan V America as it's also been done in RO2 with Rising Storm on top of which the Source Engine doesn't really handle dense vegetation all that well.

On their Trello page they've got a Dunkirk Map in the Works, i'd really like to see stuff like this (Hypothetical Early War Scenarios, like if the Germans had attacked the Maginot line) i'm hoping they look at scenarios and theaters taht haven't been covered so much in Gaming.

You'd be surprised what the Brits did actually have accesss to and also how fast the Lee-Enfield can fire in real life. They wouldn't need a Semi-Auto rifle if the Lee-Enfield is given an accurate rate of fire.

France? (please no "french are cowards" talk please, we all know thats a myth) Also since this mod for insurgency, how about some freedom fighters like the french, polish, and soviet resitance fighters. the polish army would also be a nice add too.

And make a Japanese map with a jungle and two bases, or a map like Dog Red Sector exept you are invading the japanese coast with the mount Suribachi in the skybox.

There was a mod for the original RO that did Italians vs british which was quite fun, only problem with INS is it has no vehicles so it might be a less interesting theatre on Source:

A few things:

Rifles:
De Lisle Carbine (very VERY few have been made)
M1 Carbine (only the british SAS)

SMG's:
Owen (Australian)
Reising (only the USMC had those for a short time)
Sterling (only a few prototypes have been build during the war, maybe the SAS used them for trials)

MG's:
M1941 Johnson (only US)
