Primal Survival: Creature Classes Guide
Creature Class Cheat Sheet

In Primal Survival, creatures are grouped into classes based on how tough they are.

Being a certain class affects taming times, breeding times, loot rarity and what heart is dropped. The heart dropped is directly related to the creature class, so a common class creature will drop a common heart.

Here are the main classes with some example creatures in them:

Weak Creatures
  • Parasaur
  • Phiomia
  • Dilo
  • Monkey
  • Dodo
Common Creatures
  • Raptor
  • Turtle
  • Toad
  • Ptero
  • Dolphin
Tough Creatures
  • Trike
  • Boa
  • Patchy
  • Paracer
  • Carno
Powerful Creatures
  • Plesio
  • Mosasaur
  • T-Rex
  • Spino
  • Quetzal
