stats:
-50% move speed on wearer
slower weapon switch
+50% damage when defending
+10% health on wearer
middle-mouse : slow down enemies from capping, and destroy all projectiles.
will mini-crit all enemies who capping capture points
-10% slower spinning speed
cant get crit-boosted from kritzkrieg medi gun, so the gun will shot crits when enemies has been capture the points. only shot 100 crits bullet. like engie shotgun (i didnt remember the name) that get crits after he's building/sentry destroyed.
