Operation Europe V1.1
Introduction
Operation Europe V1.1 was just released today, and we would like some feedback.

Now I have not been writing down the changes made during update.
So I'll most likely just add it to the list when I remember them.

For this update we wanted to implement a more lethal damage system. This means all weapons (~Mines and artillery) have had a damage bonus. Accuracy have also been modified to fit the weapons more. Tank combat has also changed heavily with the new system. 2-3 shots is now enough to take out most tanks. Tank destroyers + AT guns have also become more lethal, so watch out. This system is of course very much WIP and we would like some feedback.

Most of these changes have also only been tested as OKW/OST vs Soviets. Meaning the british and americans might not be as balanced.

Patch Notes
General:
- All weapons have been modified to either fit their real life equilevant or their ingame role.
- There's only one version of small arms (conscripts and engineers have the same weapon stats)
- All tanks can target specific parts of a vehicle.

Soviets:
- Shock troopers now cost 320MP.
- Shock troopers are now a 4 man squad.
- Shock troopers can now throw incendiary grenades.
- Shock troopers can now hide.
- Guards rifle now cost 280MP.
- Conscripts can no longer upgrade to the PTRS-41 AT Rifle.
- Conscripts can now be upgraded with SVT rifles.
- PPSH-41 costs 70 Munition instead of 60.
- Penal Batalion now uses the Mosin Nagant rifle.
- Penal Batalion can now be upgraded with PPSH-41 sub machine guns.
- T-34/76 Can now be upgraded with additional armour. (slows down the tank and disables ramming)
- T-34/85 can now use "Flanking Speed" to flank enemy vehicles.
- DsHK HMG is now unlocked by upgrading to ISU-152
- HM-120 Mortar is now unlocked by upgraded to ISU-152
- Crowd penalty.

Wehrmacht:
- Panzer Grenadiers can now sprint
- Stormtroopers can now sprint when upgraded with MP44s
- Osttruppen are now 220 MP instead of 200(199) MP
- Osttruppen can now merge with infantry (not snipers)
- Ostruppen can now throw smoke grenades
- Ostruppen can now fire rifle grenades
- Decreased cost of T1 research upgrades

Oberkommando der West:
- Volksgrenadiers can now be upgraded with the MG 34
- Volksgrenadiers can now supress enemies (if upgraded with the MG 34)
- Panzerfusiliers can cost 280 MP
- Fallschirmjägers now use the Karabiner 98 as standard weapon
- Fallschirmjägers can be upgraded with Fallschirmjägergewehr 42s
- Fallschirmjägers can be upgraded with a single G43
- Tier 3 Flak Gun can drop smoke (animation is bugged)
- MG 34 incendiary rounds ability now lasts for 40 seconds instead of 30
- Kübelwagen is capable of refuelling other vehicles (at the cost of some of its own fuel)

British:
- Bunker can now be garrisoned
- Added Piat to Royal Engineers
- Added Research upgrade that allows for smoke grenades
- Infantry Sections can throw smoke grenades
- Set the default manpower price of all british emplacements to 400

- Added Support Centre
- Support Centre will supply infantry with heat
- Support Centre will spawn fuel at random
- Added M4A3 76mm Sherman

Hello.

I just tried out the British, but for some reason their vechiles don't have a fuel limit like the other nations. Is it going to be fixed?

Feels weird to play Great Britan and have no problems with fuel when a Tiger tank runs out of fuel very fast.
