Maybe, try you give much less fuel and munition to tanks and infantrys and return to normal shoot range. Maybe you not give much less fuel or munition, just increas cost they are. Last one think AT guns have max 72 munitions coming to area, but if i lost and reclaim this AT gun, it will take as many rounds as the ammunation of infantry units. Means, this AT gun have least 1000 ammunitions.
The balance and weapon stats are at the moment not that great in the mod. I do hope to someday redo that part of the mod, but at the moment the current focus is improving the ammunition and fuel systems.
I have most question for you and your mod on nest maj :)
on first GG for your mod and the fuel system this is very .. wow :O
For next update
the PPSH41 is not so "op" on mod ? i test why friends and on house, behind a wall etc i lose whis german pionner.
Why not up a defense position for pak43 40 Sfh18 like Vikinger or Realism mod ?
And possibility to inplate a tech tree (defensive doctrime, blitzkieg etc..) on mod ?
Joning a good team would let you focus on your unique mechanics and don't worry about stuff like balancing while also meaning more people to tackle problems. You might prefer modding alone, just wanted to remind you this option and let you know some realism teams might find integrating your mod into theirs appealing.
By the way I would like to ask you how to disable the blizzard clock interface. You are very experienced obviously.
Not sure I want to join a mod project at the moment. It has been a while since I've last modded the game. I have also got some exams coming up, leaving little time for modding/programming.
For one, you increased the range and damage of weapons, but balance is not good. This change also necessitates a higher camera for better gameplay. Removing the territory lines would be an improvement in my opinion. Another problem is AI can be hindered by the new mechanics. Besides numerical problems, they are very well done and feel official though.
Would you like to join a realism mod and integrate your mechanics?
Not at the moment, not sure I will continue development of the mod due to lacking mod tools

This is a gamemode that loads in some "tuning mods" stuff (because it's a game mode I'm not allowed to edit some stuff the tuning pack can and the same for the other way around). In theory you could add in any tuning packs but it could produce some odd results that I cant and wont fix.
Ok for the save game issue....I thought it would be something like that....No worry! Coming back on the Infantry ability to bring fuel to the tanks, This is especially important when using a König Tiger...they cosume so much, you see the red bar going down as they move....Lol! Thanks again for your effort and any tip or advice is very welcome.....I do use you mods almost all the time as is add a lot to realism.....Merci
The missing fuel bar in replays is out of my hands (same for save games) because I can't save extra data in the save file, sadly. I'll have to look into the infantry and the fuel.
Glad you're still having fun with the mod!
Still having a lot of good timer with you mod.....
Amicalement :)
I love it!!! it changes the game so much into something better, almost like a whole new game. Some aspects still need a bit of work but you should be really proud of what you have made. This mod is sometimes the only reason I play CoH2. Very professionally done. Good job. This is the mod that convinced my friend to buy the game because it was THATGOOD!
Thanks for making this <3
Thks,Ricky
I would nt like to see combination of your gamemode with another one. I would like to use a tuning pack with your gamemode. A realism tuning pack with your gamemode for example. But i do not think this is possible.
Anyway, eyes on the target not on the horizon. Ammo...
#1 I will look into it and see what I can do, thank you for pointing that out
#2 That is only because if it wasnt a gamemode I wouldnt be able to do the fuel system. Do you have any specific gamemode in mind, that you want combined?
#3 I would like the mod to be playable for the majority, some prefer the VCoH2 system and some prefer a much more hardcore system. Currently the system I am doing is trying to find the middle ground between the two.
Thank you very much for the feedback!
The recon theme of the mod is very good. The fuel system is a fresh note to the game and i am waiting for the ammo. I hope you deliver. I will play some men of war until them...
The cons, personal taste really.
1) LOS and ranges can be increased. Armored units had optics and they could see far greater distances than infantry. The infantry was used and still used to flash out enemies and engage them when the armor cannot, cities, forests etc.
2) Your mod is more like a tunic pack not a gamemode. it disables tunic packs and commanders. Understandable as you use your features etc. But..
3) I would prefer a more realistic damage system.
Overall a very good mod.
Anyway, one thing we noticed is the fuel system seems to be broken for US? Or does it only work on certain maps. We didn't play more then one game tonight, but the one game we did play I couldn't figure out where the fuel bar was supposed to be, and coming here I can say for certain it wasn't where the picture claims it is.
One other thing was it seemed that grenades were disabled? I'm not sure if that was intentional or a bug, but unlocking the grenades from the barracks (USF) did not seem to actually unlock the grenades for squad use by riflemen.
Either way, fun gamemode. :)
