Operation Europe V1.2
Introduction
Operation Europe V1.2 was just released today, and feedback is very much welcome

This update brings the ammunition system, some bug fixes and new ideas. The biggest thing is of course the ammunition system.

The Ammunition System

The American Supply System
In order to add variety to the way players are supplied the americans are now supplied through the air every 2nd minute. The supply drops are only made once a player has requested it. It's at the moment also only possible to request ammunition and fuel. For a vehicle to be resupplied by the drops, they'll have to be in a 5 meter range of the drop.

WIP functions
One of the new WIP functionalities that are coming is team weapon defences. The idea is you can place sandbags around the team weapon, for example a heavy machine gun. This is currently only enabled for the Wehrmacht MG42. It's still a very much WIP idea but it should be slowly implemented over the next couple of updates.

The Actual Changes
This time I decided to be a bit smart and logged the changes made, and here they are!

General:
- Ammo System was implemented
- Resource points will now also increase manpower income
- Trenches can now hold mortars
- AI construction time will now also depend on AI difficulty

OKW:
- Removed fuel from HQ
- HQ will now automatically spawn static supply stations
- Kübelwagen mg34 pintle machine gun range increased from 35 to 70
- AI will no longer call in the SwS halftrack
- Added icon to 'Field Officer'
- Flak 'Smoke Barrage' now fire 5 rounds instead of 25
- Tier 3 health decreased from 1500 to 720 (compensation for the damage system)
- STG44 accuracy decreased on long ranges but slightly increased on long ranges

USF:
- Supply drops are made every 2nd minute and will drop either fuel or ammunition
- Rifle Command can now withdraw forces
- Added a supply menu to Rifle Command that controls what supply drops will be dropping
- Paradrop ability moved into the supply menu
- Removed Fuel from 'Battalion Command Post' as it has become obsolete
- Riflemen cost decreased from 270 manpower to 260 manpower
- Replaced spezialisation icons in the 'Battalion Command Post'
- Replaces 'Increase Squad Size' icon to fit the americans (used the british icon)
- The Mortar halftrack has been replaced with the M2 60mm mortar
- The utility upgrade will now replace the M2 60mm mortar instead of giving fuel drops
- Added reason why specialisations aren't possible after player has specialised
- The 'M1919A6 LMG' now also require 'Weapon Rack Unlock' to be upgraded

UKF:
- Removed 'Reconnaissance Section' from HQ
- Added 'Medic Staff' as an upgrade to HQ
- Infantry Sections can now be upgraded with a sniper rifle
- 'Land Matress' added to T2
- 'M3 Halftrack Supply Truck' added to HQ (T0)
- Slightly increased manpower income rate
- 'Territory Emplacement' removed
- T1-T3 Will now also count when checking for annihiliation conditions

SOV:
- Sapper squad size increased from 4 to 5
- Sappers cost increased from 170 manpower to 220 manpower
- Sappers are now using PPSH-41 machine guns instead of mosin nagant rifles
- Sappers are now able to place anti-personnel mines and light anti-vehicle mines
- Sappers are now able to construct tank traps and wired fields.
- Sappers are now able to construct 'Heavy Machine Gun Emplacements'
- ZIS-6 Supply truck can now convert into a supply depot instead of a fuel dump
- ZIS-6 cost changed from 100 Manpower and 30 fuel to 120 manpower and 10 fuel
- ZIS-6 Can ressuply infantry and vehicles with ammunition
- Penal Battalion can no longer be upgrades with flamethrowers
- Shock Troopers can now hide in light cover
- Shock Troopers can no longer walk while hidden
- Tier 1 cost changed from 200 manpower and 20 fuel to 220 manpower and 30 fuel
- Tier 2 cost changed from 200 manpower and 30 fuel to 220 manpower and 40 fuel
- Manpower income sligthly increased
- Fuel Rack removed (all supply comes from the ZIS-6 supply truck)

OST:
- The Wehrmacht base will now automatically spawn an ammunition truck
- Pioneers and grenadiers can now build trenches
- Pioneers can now build sandbags
- Pioneers can now hull down vehicles
- Ostruppen can now build sandbags instead of bunkers
- Bunkers upgraded to command bunkers can now act as retreat points.
- Bunker Command Upgrade cost increased from 60 to 90 munitions.
- Stug III E cost changed from 320 manpower and 25 fuel to 280 manpower and 40 fuel
- Stug III G cost increased from 280 manpower to 320 manpower
- Panzer IV F1 cost decreased from 480 manpower to 360 manpower
- Panzer IV cost increased from 350 manpower and 125 fuel to 420 manpower and 130 fuel
- Added 'Vehicle Optics to german vehicles (~Panzer IV)
- Granatwerfer 34 barrage maximum range increased from 80 to 135
- Granatwerfer 34 barrage minimum range increased from 25 to 30
- The Panzerfaust can now be fired from buildings
- The Panzerfaust can only be used twice per squad
- Grenadiers and Ostruppen rifle grenades can only fire once per squad
- Grenades have been limited to 4 uses per squad.
- Grenades can now be thrown from buildings (Does not include the rifle grenade)
- Heavy Machine Guns can now construct sandbags (once until resupplied)

Bug fixes:
- Panzer IV was using the standard gun instead of the modified gun
- German bunker is now using the correct gun
- German howitzer is now acting properly
- Stormtroopers moved from T2 to T1 and removed the Sniper from T1 as it was available in T0
- Airial support abilities can no longer be used during blizzards
- Shock Troopers 'Hide' ability moved from UI slot 2.4 to 2.3 to fix UI conflicts
- Penal Battalion 'Throw molotov cocktail' ability moved from UI slot 3.1 to 2.2 to fix UI conflicts
- 'Bail Out' ability now runs independent of duration time - the ability works now
- Fixed a bug where a 'fatal-scar-error' would appear if a 'Goliath' was blown up while selected
- Fixed a bug where the british structures couldn't be targetted
- Fixed a bug where british infantry would retreat to the wrong structures
- Fixed a bug where the american 'Grenade Package' actually wouldn't enable grenades

Known Bugs:
- Sappers' flame abilities may cause missing weapons and other errors (Upgrade disabled)
- Soviet mortar barrages doesn't subtract ammunition -> unlimited ammunition
- Some abilities can be used even when the unit is out of ammunition
- Some weapons aren't properly registered by the ammunition system.
- Team weapons get stuck once they run out of ammunition

Possible Sync Error
Playing multiplayer can in some cases cause sync errors - I dont know because I havent had the time to play it in multiplayer yet.
