multiplayer
does multiplayer work for this, and if so ,how is the lag compared to other mods?

We don't know - never played modded multiplayer game before(don't even know it).
Just googled and found that gameplay mods like ET could be multiplayer, and if u got same mods, version, dlcs with your friends then you should run multiplayer with this mod.
(make sure no other gameplay mods on because this mod is not compatible with any other gameplay mod)
