My personal opinion is

PROS

+50% Faster movement speed
No flinching while aiming

CONS

+25% damage vulnerability on wearer

I think

+ 25% movment speed

- 10 health
+15% movement speed
-10 max health
+20% max primary ammo (is that possible?)

Well i think more balanced would be:
Aim in midair and shoot huntsman in mid air
Fall +10 Faster
+5 falling damage (can sometimes kill you!)
Regen 1 hp per 3 secs
Regen increases by 1 hp every 10 kills (lets see you make use of that, pros!)
Edit: -25 max hp

That needs a much bigger downside, maybe you take more melee damage?

Did you mean -20% damage form backstabs? Because backstabs do double your current hp

+%30 blast resistance
-%40 bullet and fire resistance
Hikers HOLDING gear. Holds you in place, making explosives not push you as far or do much
but having some hiking gear does nothin' for bullets, and might cause things to heat up faster when set ablaze
That's my opinion. Plus less blast resistance on a sniper is good, along with LESS BULLET RESIST IS GREAT

Pros:
No flinching
No pushback from damage
For every headshot, gain 5% movement speed up to 5 headshots

Cons:

New, balanced, short, and interesting stats:

Pros:

+25% Walkspeed when aiming down your sights

The more you aim down your sights, you charge your Damage buff meter. Once you aim down your sights for a total of 30 seconds, you can activate this buff for mini-crits that last for 8 seconds

(Could be good for a huntsman / bushwaka sniper.)

Cons:

-20% Weapon switch speed

+20% Fire vulnerability
