um it is smaller than the scatter gun so I dont think it should add extra fall damage or make you run slower
slow run would ruin scout.

slow reloading speed, and 120 damage up close, 20 damage from afar seems reasonable

but since it only has one shot should the reloading speed be faster?
YES I love guns like this I allways wanted one! you know 1 shot one chance but thats what makes it fun geting it out and blowing someones head off ahhhhhh my deam come ture.But if I had to make states this is what it would be

Long range = 15 damage
No random cirts
Slower 35% slower move speed when active
Move 10% slower move speed when equiped
40% slower reload speed
Mini crits on face Head shot
Does 20 damage to you when fired (it's to loud)

Gets reduced by 20 for every unit that valve wants it to be, and 2x reloading speed as flaregun.

I second that, If it doesn't work in game, they can nerf/buff it later
It should do more damage but have one shot and slightly increase move speed.
at first I thought it was underpowered, then I realized what would happen if this got kritz uber

Maybe add a cool taunt kill
