It would be great if it was a taunt that works with all weapons but the only thing you need is the set just like the tin soldier

That was my intention, yes. I wanted it to be like the Spy's knife taunt, where the final blow (kick) would kill you instantly.

I feel like this would work as your primary weapon taunt replacement if you had the ninja set onto your Scout. But that's just my opinion. I'm sure you may think of something better.

Any chance this could be a stun taunt kill, similar to sniper huntsman, plus it could be an item set bonus for "The Southie Ninja" scout

There would be one problem. You would have to have it so it came with it's own weapon or it comes with a set bonus with a different animation but exactly the same as the homerun taunt kill. It's either one or the other for it being a taunt kill.

It should only be weapon taunts that can kill. Or else the taunt would be either overused, or "overpowered" (sounds stupid right?)

He does have a point, taunt kills only come with weapons. You'de need to make a weapon or two to go along with this (Kinda like how Engie has Gunslinger and Frontier Justice as taunt kills)
