With Steam Workshop submissions they always let you redownload the submission file.

@ShadowMan44 - I haven't been, no. I think I may have even lost the original file for this, but I'm not entirely sure lol. I may take up learning SFM again at some point, I just need a lot more practice animating before I'm comfortable doing something like this again I think.

This would work niceley. I have the ninja collections as well as Ninja themed weapons:
A bot killer scatt (to show the ninja is powerfull and has killed a robot with his blade)
A bonk drink (for his super power, agillity and speed)
And the three-rune-blade. Common its a god damn ninja sword.
And the taunt where you spin your bat. That is the load out of a true ninja.

Maybe the taunt kill could happen if u taunt with the blade?

I think the time before he kicks should have a better wind up, like scout stomping the ground behind him then swinging his foot forward.

Nothing just wanted to know, but the scout seem's to be stiff like his locked up in one place (set him free) and his feet try using the spline tangent(1) just to make him not slide ofcourse with the addition of new frames to blend the movement's..

Maybe a front/side/top(check)/back/front view of the new animation, can't really see much just from the top view as to what @HammerDragon said :)

Er. This might just be me but its kinda hard to judge the new animation just from an above view. If you could add side and front view along with a top view.

its alright i like to think of it as more of a starting draff or something like that, and we all start somewhere right. if this is your first time doing it then not too bad for someone who just started. that said, i hope to see the final version of this get added

Thank you all for your feedback! I just want to let you know that I am currently almost done touching up all the animation work. I know most of you didn't like the way the current animation has been done, but it was my first attempt at Source Film Maker and making custom taunts for TF2. Either way, the new and improved animations will be done soon(ish). Please check back one I have changed the title of this workshop post to something along the lines of, "The Kung Fool (Fixed)". Hopefully I can change some of your negative votes into positive votes :)
