Many non-human hats such as "Alien Cranium", "Triclops" and "Medimedes" are already there. Not to mention nearly all of the halloween hats for any class.
On the other hand it seems that Sniper's face is such a big part of his persona that I would hate to have it hidden behind a mask like in the case of Pyro.
