I am waiting for someone to fix the horse animation. It feels like riding an Octo-horse.

How do you mean? I might have a go at this, but I just don't really get whats wrong with the horse animation?

The gait and order of steps is wrong for a horse. The hooves are oversized. Legs are rubbery and flop outwards. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cn0Hi_9xJLw You can see some stuff in this vid. I have never really been a horse person, but the skyrim horses have given me an OCD twitch.
