As I didn't have 32 deathmatch spawns, (I had 28, the tragedy) the map would automatically generate spawns in these walkable areas that are actually outside of the map, this will be fixed in the next update :P

I went ahead and started recording after I spawned inside a fan. I actually find a bot spawned where I was at about the 1:00 mark of the game (not the video). You did an amazing job recreating the map and it works well as a deathmatch map and probably arms race. For competitive/casual, I'm a little bit worried about all of the angles that can be played as well as the ease for CT's or saving players to camp in buildings... or for casuals to camp in bulidings lol. Either way great map and THANK YOU for removing the hitboxes on the chain fences. It was really annoying to have to wallbang through those
I find it quite ironic that COD's single-player suffers from too-linear level designs, while its multiplayer suffers from too-open maps!
There still are hit detection problems. The wrecked cars are all completely bulletproof, even the open windows. I think the crashed chopper is too, but I can't recall.
Jack_is_my_name, you mentioned Reddit in the description. There might be some more-experienced mappers on the CSGO subreddit who could pinpoint your problem if you gave them your prototype map builds to analyze.
