What does tax income mean? The income I derive from a building? Or the income they get per workplace trip? Likewise for industrial/commercial buildings.
Do mods which make changes to service vehicle AI work with this? IE Are service vehicles included under "car AI"?
Tax income is the income you derive from the building.
Yes, mods which modify service AI should work fine, this only changes the passenger cars and cargo trucks.
