"Fire Spread [ Fixed for C:S 1.3.2+ ]":

Be careful with that one, whole cities have burned down when the settings are too radical. You can adjust to your preference.
"Rain Firefighting":

http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=519781146
That mod addresses a lot of the features of "Proper Hardness"
For more realistic citizen behavior I use;
"Realistic Population and Consumption Mod v8.2.2:

"Resident Travel Rebalance v1.1":

"Citizen Lifecycle Rebalance v2.1":

To save you from having to spam service bldg you can use "Service Radius Adjuster":

I don't think I've seen any new mods that state specifically that it has"revamped income system to factor in commute time and happiness" but in my cities my revenue seems to drop if I have a regularly congested traffic.
I hope that helps you.
The main things I liked: "workers must go to work, buildings level up sensibly, revamped income system to factor in commute time and happiness".
The way that part of this mod worked was genius and should be in the base game. I just came looking for anyone who's done anything similar to this to see if it's worth playing again, and could only find this. Sad :-(
Im not sure hat you ask, but if you look for a mod where you can disable, change intensity, and change the chance of each disaster to happen, there is a great mod for this:
Ragnarok - More disaster controls

Both of you are aware this mod hasn't worked for nearly a year right? If you followed the the comments you would find a version that does sort of work, but I don't recommend you use it either because it will not be updated anymore either.
Thanks Colossal Order, you strike again. Never fix the real issues, & also ensure you cannot go back & play an older version.
So unless there's some hidden installation step not presented here, Proper Hardness mod doesn't work for me.
-Install mod:
Downloaded "source code" zip from here:
https://github.com/Knighth/Cities-Skyline-Proper-Hardness/releases/tag/snowfall
Unzipped, and the "DifficultyMod" folder, copied and pasted into game directory:
C: \ Users \ <username> \ AppData \ Local \ Colossal Order \ Cities_Skylines \ Addons \ Mods
-Star game, active mod, and load savegame or new of city: choose options mod, click in bottom "update". Done.
@XeoNovaDan - Rare, I'll keep an eye.

My solution would be this; rather than making wealth a building specific stat, could you make it a ground effect, similar to pollution. This wouldnt require as much of an increase in the amount of spawning vehicles since, in an area not every building would need to travel to work/shops for the same effect. it also wouldnt be necessary to keep track of every building's wealth values, rather the building every once in a while, similar to how it interacts with pollution, will check to see if the wealth value went up enough for it to level up.
Thx for the great work, I really enjoyed the mod and hope to see more of it in the future.
Cheers

I think this mod will really make me consider dirt roads xD
One last question: which folder does the .dll go in?
https://github.com/Knighth/Cities-Skyline-Proper-Hardness/releases/tag/snowfall
And do we put them in different CS files or in the same?
Sorry if this seems a dumb question, I know very little-to-nothing about coding
Nice work, great mod and update! I will be seeing this for future playing!
Maybe its good that Idle Time not working, since the mod is not balanced for After Dark.
Thanks for the last update, some Window Text are better readable under 1080p not all Windows are fixed but its alot better now thanks for this :)
Idle Commute Time is still bugged, i testet it today with alot traffic jams and 5min later with max speed i got still 0/100 everywhere :(
Since u said u dont want to maintain the mod, i just want to let you now... maybe u got bored some day in future and maybe fix it^^
u need to create a new "proper hardness" city... u cant just load a old savegame.
After u disabled the Mod, restart your game and your old savegames works again... if u not overwritted your savegames them with your mod enabled xD
scroll throught the comments if you want to find a working version.

Pressing ok doen't help, it blocks the game completely. I didn't save my game after first crash, yet the error appears every time now :(:( Can you please, please, please advise? I would hate it if all these hours spent on building my city would go to waste.
Thanks in advance,
i try it soon
@Kobold - Also if no real traffic problems then Idle time should always be zero (good thing).
