[BUG] Buildings are destroyed when upgrading curved roads
When upgrading a curved one-way road (with buildings on both sides) to a two-way road, it destroys the buildings on the outer side of the road.

This happens with the standard road upgrade tool as well. Can't really do anything about it, because sometimes buildings overlap with the roads for some reason. If you hover over the road segment with the tool, it should show which buildings will be destroyed when you upgrade the road.

Oh ok, I probably didn't noticed it when I upraded with the standard road tool
