NOTE: This mod was originally created before the ability to upgrade between one- and two-way roads was added into the game itself, so it is no longer essential, but it's available for those who prefer its functionality over the standard upgrade tool.

Also, it should move the zoning with everything, so the zone pattern is the same along the new road as along the old road. Take care of Fine Road Tool, Fine Road Anarchy, and especially ZoneIt!.
It goes without saying that this should also happen when downgrading a road.
