I'm not the one who made this mod... I just help out :)
the creator of this mod replaced made a replica of Crusader Kings II/localisation/text1.csv
how do I know this?
when you download this mod you can find it in the mod folder... this one is called "test loc.zip" and "test loc.mod" and you will find it contains the same structure as the game file folders, but will only overwrite text1.csv
you can find more original .csv files under
/SteamApps/common/Crusader Kings II/localisation
(or equivilant common folder from steam installed on your computer)
just read them a little and you may find the one you need for doing what you want
copy them over to a safe place and make your own adjustments
I have only made a map color mod myself, but I know how .csv files work
it's like a primitive spreadsheet file in text mode, using commas for seperation
read these sites for more info, and ask away if you need more help :D
