Total War: ROME II - Emperor Edition

Divide et Impera Part 1
Imperator Augustus Roman Legionaries
Hello,

Just started a campaign on Imperator Augustus and I think that the game assumes that imperial reforms have already taken place at game start.
Indeed, all existing or recruitable roman legionaries are of the imperial version which should not be the case as the time frame covered in this camapaign is before the reforms.

Is it a bug on my part or is just that Imperator Augustus hasn't been DEI-overhauled yet ?

Fantastic mod anyway,
Thanks,
Best,

This is intended, so that there are campaigns starting in separate reform tiers, e.g. GC = Camillian; HATG - Polybian; CiG = Marian; Augustus = Imperial. Outside of that, imperial reform is available only in GC and very late players usually are finished with campaign before they reach it, this Augustus solution at least allows more people to try it.

We have released official submod for people who want to have correct Marian legions from start.

Okay, thank you for your explanation.
I indeed made it to the imperial reforms only once... :-)
The submod you are talking about is the one from Litharion ?
Best,
