It's a good feature but very badly implemented.

I have the political parties loyal to me, everything is fine, then ANOTHER political party appears next turn out of nowhere (Italian Allies), and they are ALREADY at -30 loyalty with me. I haven't had the chance to do anything. Next turn, they do a secession.

This happened twice already, with new political parties appearing suddenly, already disloyal to me, and they do a secession next turn.

Is there a mod to disable this? I can't see any in the submods.
