Missing Building Slots?
I understand that 1.3 opens up building slots for all settlements, so all major settlements have 6 slots, and all minor settlements have 4. I started a new campaign as Rome, but still don't have 6 slots for Roma or 4 slots for my smaller settlements. Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong? Or is Rome exempt from expanded build slots?

You still need to unlock these slots, you dont have them right away.

If you already maxed out 5 slots and you dont see place for 6th, then you have outdated mods.

Hi Kam! Thanks for the response. I did a fresh install of both Rome 2 and DEI, and am still having this issue (all other mods are deleted). I also tried changing the load order, but to no avail. Any recommendations?

Like I said, you still need to reach that amount of slots for them to show up as you wont see them right away. So for example for 6th slot to show up, you still need to unlock 5th slot first.
