The AI and Food
Is it no longer possible to starve the AI?

I am athens and immediately at war with Sparta and Larissa. Im hiding behind my walls as both their armies are in supporting range. Ive sent my spy Sparta and have them at -4 food but they aren't losing troops.

I feel like its the Pelopenisian war all over again, except I dont already have an empire

-4 food is not enough. At this food level the AI only looses morale and movement range.

Unfortenately is not possible according to this post: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?794552-No-food-shortage-attrition-on-AI. It was a big disappointment for me. Basically this reduce the strategy options.
