I'm gonna try something new and see what you all think of these proposed changes. NOTHING here is final, and is just me throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks.

Any feedback can be discussed with higher frequency at the Yomi Modded Discord.

- Time Sign's followup will no longer spawn knives horizontally from the opponent, as to allow the opponent to roll behind Attendant
OR
- Time Sign's followup knives will end up close to the opponent when they are actionable, to remove any mix the grab provided
OR
- Time Sign leaves the opponent in Knockdown, where they can do getup or roll.

Multiple of the above proposed changes are allowed to be approved of at the same time.

- Max range of Everything At Once will be reduced by about half
- Chainsaw will not drag the opponent on block if the opponent uses push block
- Universal chip damage nerf on all projectiles (excluding Luna Dial)
