The long/short iron spears and swords on the blacksmith are the same on the metalsmith list. The loom workshop have some bugged pixels on top of it, not the end of the world. Just trying to help out with what I can.

Found an unknown and unnamed stone: https://imgur.com/a/ZwkMUeC, it is is essentially weightless so I'm fairly sure its just a bug.

Its able to make sharp blades, theoretically. I'm utterly uncertain about what this is supposed to be.

I've got a suspicion on what's causing this but need to do some testing, appriciate the report!
Another one that might be a bug, in the Carpenter's Workshop, besides the "Make wooden blocks" reaction, that takes wood logs and gives me planks, there is a "Split logs into Planks".

The issue is that this second reaction gives me something, but not a plank, since its useless for construction, in fact, it is just "Mahogany", with no description whether its a log, a plank or a block, and it has the same icon as a metal bar.

I'm unsure whether this is supposed to have some use, so I'm not sure it is a bug, but if it has a use, I'd suggest changing the name of the reaction, because a "Split logs into planks" suggests we would get planks and not this bar of wood(?).

But my guess is that it is a reaction that has been inherited from the old wood-splitting block from Masterwork, with some oddness thrown in.

I think they should behave as wooden blocks but I'll take a look
I have a single feline, but it doesn't seem to be hunting vermin, even with all the doors shut trapped in the fort interior. Any changes made to vermin?
I also have a reaction at a carpenter to "debark logs" which doesn't seem to do anything, it's asking for "unpressed logs".

Seconding this, the item produced by wood splitting shows up in the "bar" category, not blocks, and doesn't show up as an option when selecting building materials that would normally use blocks.

I'm also not seeing anything in the nobles tab, no ability to assign a manager.
Humans don't currently have any site level nobility positions, despite being playable so you can't assign any militia/organizers for fortress jobs.

Soap was nerfed in the same way, so its kind of redundant, the DFwiki has updated its 'Bar' page[dwarffortresswiki.org] to reflect that non-metal bars can't be used in building.

Oh man thanks for reporting it, must be an old mispelling that went undetected for a long time haha
Might be a bug or just game framework, i am not that familiar with the options of df modding. when playing as a human civ at the starting message it still says "[...]dwarven kind[...]". Additionaly when prepared embarking as humans and selecting a fortress name for example "winerivers" it gets reshufled to a completely different meaning.
So just some minor flavour stuff.
I am only running masterwork overhaul in the newest version right now

most likely hardcoded since the only playable civ in the basegame are dwarves, so all fluff text will be related to dwarves
