At the military base area, I used the sniper rifle wall buy near the shooting targets and shot the targets and a fire sale appeared behind me. Don't know if any weapons counts or its only the sniper.

At the western/buried part of the map there is a piano near the fountain if you hold interact on it a song will play, once finished you will obtain a free fire sale in front of said piano.
