1st Number was by Tripmines (look at tripmines to the right outside map, red sign with roman numbers)
2nd Number was to the left of Portal going TO PAP in zombie spawn closest to mystery box spawn. (friend found, didnt have time to see where)
3rd Number was in zombie spawn just outside the actual PAP building (friend found)

Wall Button near 2nd Number Spawn to start the final encounter
