Restore the Diocese of Illyricum: Restore the Diocese of the Barracks Emperors!
Restore the Diocese of Thracia: Restore the Gateway to Constantinople, get a cool nickname in the process :) (also im biased towards it, im thracian.)
Restore the Diocese of Hellas: Unite the ancient Dioceses of the region. (Makes for way better internal borders trust me vro.)

BORDER TWEAKS

b_zermion and b_as-suwaida now becomes part of c_edessa, because aesthetically pleasing borders is what matters most.
also c_ohrid to d_thessalonika.

BUG FIXES & STUFF

restoring the diocese of oriens gives you the nickname soter now no matter what, even if you had a nickname before.
removed the gfx>map contents for now, since it caused crashes.
