update 0.4:

reworked some barony borders and tweaked de_jure duchy titles around syria, jerusalem and egypt.
tweaked the bucellarii guard gfx and icon.
tweked the antesignani icon.
added scutatii axemen as men-at-arms.
buffed the added maa's units per stack.
rewrote the tradition description.
added the restore the diocese of oriens decision, which i'll be using as a base when doing the other "restore x diocese" decisions.
added the diocese restored event.

im updating the mod for 4 days in a row now. i developed scoliosis tryna learn modding sitting in front of the computer screen for 12 hours everyday. its tuff. i'll be taking a break. after the said break, i will continue down the roadmap.
