Description of the changes (Описание изменений)
The following changes have been made to the game:
  • Province Development: Army Limit bonus reduced 0.1 -> 0.025
  • Province Development: Navy limit bonus reduced 0.1 -> 0.050
  • Province with a seat in Parliament the bonus to the navy and army has been reduced by 4 times (0.1 -> 0.025)
  • The base number of recruits in the province has been reduced by 250 -> 150
  • The base number of sailors in the province has been reduced from 60 to > 40
  • Base number of recruits reduced 10000 -> 6000
  • Minimum army limit lowered 6 -> 4
  • Minimum fleet limit reduced 12 -> 8
  • The penalty for subordinates to the limit of the country's army has been reduced -3 -> -1
  • The penalty for subordinates to the fleet limit of the countries has been reduced -6 -> -3
  • The Merchant League leader's bonus to the fleet limit from each member has been reduced by 2 -> 0.5
  • The size of the garrison has been reduced by 1000 -> 500 for each fortress level
  • The minimum size of mercenary units has been reduced by 4 -> 1
  • The maximum size of mercenary units has been reduced to 60 -> 40
  • The number of mercenary squad recruits has been reduced 2.0 -> 1.8
  • Minimum number of rebels reduced 5 -> 1
  • The amount of the bonus to the army and navy limit for the Emperor from a member of the SRI has been reduced
  • Military Hegemon requirement reduced to 1,000 regiments -> 300 regiments
  • Naval Hegemon requirement lowered 500 ships -> 250 ships

В игру внесены следующие изменения:
  • Развитие провинции: бонус к лимиту армии снижен 0.1 -> 0.025
  • Развитие провинции: бонус к лимиту флот снижен 0.1 -> 0.050

  • Размер бонуса к лимиту армии и флота для императора от член СРИ снижен
  • Требование к военному гегемону снижены 1000 полков -> 300 полков
  • Требование к морскому гегемону снижены 500 кораблей -> 250 кораблей
