Black Sky when enabled (Help?)

Anytime I have Gshader Library enabled in the post menu, it turns the sky black no matter what. Can anyone help me fix this?

(Update): Idk what happened, but it looks fixed now. Wish I knew what was causing it but hey, hopefully this was just a me thing.

No, Still have a black sky. Maybe its some mod I have enabled? Maybe even something with my Hardware?
