Bug - Velocity Lines Remain Enabled Regardless of Terminal Setting
(Figured I'd put something here. Comments are less manageable)

Disabling or Enabling "Velocity Lines" for the cockpit in terminal does not seem to have an effect on their visibility.

Velocity Lines can still be disabled via the new chat command "/elidang enableVelocityLines false"
