when you hover over icon/name of the formable nation not all required regions are highlined, i met it when i tried to form west rome. For example when i hover over the "Holy Roman Empire" decision it highlines all required regions BUT when i control all highlined regions (directly) the decision is still blocked, it unlocked only when i control Ljubljana and Podravska regions and this regions aren't highlined

I was playing as France and even after getting all the required states, I was still not able to form the French Empire due to me "not having control of all of the highlighted states." I checked multiple times.

danzig has no formables, a lot of releasables also have no formables

@Кабачочек i tested the formables and they’re working properly. most likely, you haven’t taken some microstates like Liechtenstein and Monaco.

I think I found a bug with the some of the South American Formable counties (in vanilla mode). Originally playing as Argentina in multiplayer (later testing as Arg, Chile and Ecuador in single player) having all the highlighted areas will not allow you to form: La Plata, Chile-Argentina, Andes, and Inca Empire. I did not test out the larger formables like Hispanic American & South America. I also rarely play South America but this was a bit of a disappointment coming across after grinding through the many jungles. Other than this bug, I love this mod for other countries!

@KingGFish this mod is designed exclusively for Road to 56 and is not compatible with the vanilla version of the game. therefore, any bugs you encounter in vanilla are completely normal, the mod will only work properly with RT56. However, i am working on a vanilla-compatible version and once it’s released, you’ll be able to play without issues.

@一个大傻瓜 due to a small bug in the Europe formable, you currently can’t form it even if you control all of Europe’s required borders. this will be fixed in an upcoming update. I’ll also be adding localization for the “britain_requirement_tooltip.”

as for why the requirements for Europe, Eurasia, Asia, and other continent-based formables are not highlighted, it’s because their borders are extremely large and highlighting them can cause FPS drops and other performance issues. for optimization reasons, i decided not to include this feature.
