UI doesnt let players use shotguns when in 1280x720 resolution

title, my friend (for some god forsaken reason) uses 1280 by 720 and the chat window covers parts of the ui, making those parts unusable

The bare minimum resolution supported is 1600x900 right now. Supporting lower resolutions might come in future versions.
