It does, but yet i didn't manage it to do it properly. Through the game it will build like 5 population, no more. I'm currently working on it - will be done at some point

Also the population allocation window for food isn't disabled despite not being able to use it, i don't know how you'd fix this but you should try to reverse engineer the broken lords trait.

The "freeform custom faction" mod made it possible to move the broken lord trait on other factions and it does disable the food window, so its clearly possible.

The disabling of the food window is directly tied to the buying population ability - you can't have one without another. And I don't want my faction to buyout population like Broken Lords, better it be active food window than that

It is. I should have probably specified it, but before you get the tech Dust Microchips (after finishing quest 4), the population is supposed to be not buyout-able. As it is impossible in EL to make something completely unbuyable and then buyable, i did it so before the Dust Microchips tech the cost of buying out artificial conscience is 1000000 times more costly - which means basically unbuyoutable. After getting the tech it becomes normal

Heh. It could be easily solved by making it buyout-able right away i guess ;P
