Hello there! With the recent update I made I figured I'd put together a small discussion here for people to post any sort of tech issues they run into with the map.

Before posting an error or glitch make sure that you're on the 64-bit branch of gmod first, that seems to solve a good 80% of errors I've seen thus far. Why does it do that? Hell if I know!

And as for NPC issues, if you have any sort of NPC spawning or death messages those are most likely coming from another addon you have installed, gm_indoorspaces has one single NPC and it's just an npc_citizen with no weapons that is set to be gagged from the start, so it's definitely not him.

Oh my god it censors that hahahha amazing
The elevator sound keeps looping loudly and I can't hear anything else and I had to reset the map. Every time I use the elevator in the hotel it just bugs out (on x64 ver)

I'll take a look, although I'm not sure what could cause it to loop indefinitely unless something is physically blocking the elevator from reaching it's stop

Hmmm yeah I'm not able to replicate this at the moment even with props in the lift shaft attempting to stop the lift. I'll see if there's any fail-safes I can put in but I'm not sure why it would be glitching out for you but not myself.

The sound itself only plays if the func_tracktrain that makes up the floor of the elevator is in motion as it's the moving sound of the tracktrain. How weird!

@Pandafunkey809 you'll need to be running on the x86_64 branch of gmod, which you can change to in the steam settings for gmod itself under the betas tab
After exploring about half the map, all cube maps started rendering as the black and white missing texture, even on objects which werent like that before. 2 player and on the 864 branch

@Miracle Musical I actually don't have any cubemaps built for the map, so you may want to disable specular reflections in the console by entering mat_specular 0 and waiting a brief moment for the renderer to catch up
