this request is to adress the issue where you get a T34/T70 etc, with a female voice, and when you decrew it, the crew have a sex change.
they are in the game files, and were never used due to the female character hair clipping through the tank helmet (and also the reason when a crew member open hatch to take a look, they used a male since they too lazy to fix a simple clipping issue)
and it helps keep some sense of realisem as women did operated tanks (wich made some nazis flip out since they never expected to fight women, in either tank, or firefight.)
