how does intel bulletins works with All Unit?
I'm just starting to play with the mod, just wondering how the bulletins works? or only units that exist in the base game work? like how would the panzer VI bulletins work with the different version of panzer VI? will they all work or will they all not work?

Several bulletins work for similar units, but not all. I made this overview for tanks a while ago, hopefully it helps a bit:

E8 bulletins only affect E8
Sherman recruit, officer, veteran bulletins only affect 75mm
Bulldozer bulletin only affects the 105mm
Calliope bulletin only affects the Calliope
76mm Shermans is never affected

Churchill bulletin only affects default variant
Churchill Crocodile bulletin only affects Crocodile variant
Churchill AVRE bulletin only affects AVRE variant

T-34/76 bulletins only affects 76mm variant
T-34/85 bulletin affect 85mm variant and the Red Banner

Wehrmacht Panzer IV bulletins affect ALL variants (F1, G, H, J and Command)
OKW Panzer IV bulletin only affects H & J variants
Wehrmacht & OKW Panther bulletins affect ALL variants (A, G and Command)
Jagdpanzer bulletins affect Jagdpanzer IV and Jagdpanzer 38 'Hetzer'
Stug E bulletin only affects the Stug E
Stug G bulletins affect both the Stug E and G
Tiger Ace bulletin only affects the Tiger Ace
Tiger bulletins affect all Tigers (Ace, King, Wehr & Okw default)
