It's sad the we cannot se the progress of these achievements anymore, but I'm aware that this achievement is bugged since the vanilla game removed the flame upgrade.

In main menu Select Menu button located downleft side... In there choose showcase & then achievement tab where you'll see your progress of different achieve... The one called "Torched" is on top line approximately right-middle of it.
