How do i fire the underbarrel grenade launcher
I cant figure out what to press to enable the fire of the grenade launcher.

hold E (or use key) and press right mouse button or secondary attack

What cynaraos said, also when you have selected the grenade launcher you must hold down right mouse button to shoot it, otherwise you'll just hipfire the gun.
